HABIT #3 Eat One Raw Snack Each Day

This habit is a good one to get into. Eating one raw snack each day simply means you’re adding an unprocessed, uncooked plant food to your daily diet, which is a great way to get those fruits and vegetables in. All you have to do is add one fruit, vegetable, or some nuts to your daily consumption. Not only is this an easy snack, but it might also steer you away from snacks filled with unhealthy fats, sugar, and excess salt.

This habit will be a good one for you if you thrive on specifics, because it gives you a specific type of food to add to your snack list, and it also gives you a goal. So, if you get to the evening and you haven’t had your raw snack yet, feel free to enjoy something to round out your day.
